Universal Networks was founded 1 October 1996 to provide the region with the much-needed service and support that every IT Manager or Network Administrator expects and requires in order to ensure a problem free and efficient IT Infrastructure environment. Universal Networks has developed a broad and extensive client base where no single client dominates its business. The client base consists of SME and Corporate based enterprises. Universal Networks has grown exponentially since its inception and over the past seven years has achieved an average annual growth rate exceeding 40% still this percentage or higher? per annum. Universal Networks has enjoyed great success in the Durban are where it has earned a reputation of one of the leading “IT” solutions providing companies. Our reach has extended to Pietermaritzburg and even further to Johannesburg on a remote basis. Whilst Universal Networks is a Kwa-Zulu Natal based company, it plans to extend its footprint to a national level in the future.
